    Hi @jaemin22 ,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Currently, we are facing an issue that customers could not:

    1. download older version customized QS modular using the download link in Management Console. (Most likely version 10 and 11, but not confirmed yet.)
    2. download older version of TeamViewer Quick Support from our official website download page.

    Our team has been working on the issue, so I have created a support ticket so they will assist you further to solve it.
