Unusual computer icon- what does it mean?

A remote computer crashed and needed a reboot. The computer icon is greyed out and is different from the usual icons even though the remote host is up and TeamViewer 12 is running.
The icon looks like a contact icon with a circle in lower right corner instead of the usual greyed out computer icon.
What does this mean?
