Very Disappointed

Been using teamviewer for a while personally. Have now upgraded and paid $430 but it is still kicking me out and saying I'm trying to use it commercially when I haven't paid.

I don't know if this is the right place to raise this, but i can't find anywhere else to email or chat to support?? No idea what "label" to use, more frustration..

Hoping for a quick solution

Thank you for your post.

You need to activate your license in order to use as a licensed version.

Please check your email if you have received an order confirmation e-mail from the TeamViewer Accounting and click Get me started in the e-mail to activate your license on your TeamViewer Account.
