Wake on lan button not working

I have setup the teamviewer connection between my PC and tablet correctly. I can remotely control my PC from my tablet, but when I want to wake the PC up the button for wake up does nothing regardless how many times I click it!
Is there something obvious I would have done wrong?
I have been through the pdf supplied, and all is in order.

Are you using your public IP to do the WOL or another TeamViewer host?
There are lots of tools to test WOL to be sure it is configured on your computer correctly. My google search and reviews came across this one that looks easy enough to follow and might help.
