Why are users taken to a page asking for a session code when using Quick Support?

Hi guys,

I've been sending a few links out to start some Quick Support sessions recently (which don't require a session code of course) but EVERY SINGLE client I send these to comes straight back to me and says 'what's the session code'?!

I've looked at this and it seems like a crazy UX/UI decision - the Quick Support download page loads up with a great big box in the middle of the screen asking for a session code! But it's not needed at all!

You can't blame these people for thinking they need one, when the page we link to has a big box in the middle asking for one.

Shouldn't the QS download page just say something like 'downloading now.. please run the file..' and not mention the unessesary session code at all?
