Windows XP and Teamviewer

We have a company license for Teamviewer and most of our Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines have auto updated to Version 15.  Our Windows XP SP2 systems  and we have many due to hardware necessity can be connected to from our company TV15 systems.  We have an OEM supplier who needs to connect to one of our XP Systems, but when they try to use TV15 and the ID/Password they get a "cannot connect because target system is using older version".  What are the ways this can be resolved?

  • Turns out that a licensing issue with the OEM's Teamviewer was exactly the issue.  They thought they were using their licensed TV and it had "rolled" to FREE mode.
