account not recognized from app on Chorme OS

When using the Android app or Chrome App on Chrome OS my free account is not recognized for login.

It appears to be fins for my work account, but not my personal(free) account.

I have verified that my credentials work via the Ap on WIndows and the website already.

Is this blocked for free users and Chrome OS?

Could you explain a little more what you mean with "not recognized"? Maybe could you share a screenshot as well?
