application 'forgets' license

Hi all, 

Every once in a while it seems the application is forgetting my license. It has no happened 3 times already. When it happens after a reinstall of the system i think it's ok. But now i have one out of the blue. I don't mind reinstalling the license again, but it look likes its messing with my relocations count(Recognized installations: 3 Remaining moves.: 6).

Why does the app forget about my license settings?

    I would like an answer on this question too. I have reinstalled windows several times due to new PC's and now I have Remaining moves:0
