blacklist or whitelist

Good morning Community,

why am i not able to connect from my home computer to another computer(at working place)'?

When i try to connect to the second computer,a message says.you are in blacklist or not in whitelist.I controlled and my ID is in authorized whitelist.Could be possible i can not contact because in this computer there is installed Deep Freeze?

Hi @airplane-4b7416 

It is possible to deactivate Deep Freeze until next activation by the user and not until next reboot, then reboot your computer and try again?
