blocking screen when prompting for admin credential

Hello,

I just purchased a business license and after I installed and configured the account. I tried to help a remote client, by using TeamViewer, but each time I try to install something in the remote client it prompts Windows Credentials and it blocks Teamviewer and it will stay blocked until the client remove the  Windows prompt.

Can anyone help me with this situation?
