differences between Team Viewer 12 and 13 for the free personal use version

Can someone please give me advise.  I use Team View exclusively to take over my elderly parents computers to fix random problems.  I have installed Team Viewer 12 on 3 of the computer and now I need to have it installed on the 4th one.  I keep getting a message to upgrade to 13 on my computer but am afraid to mess with an upgrade because so far everything is working smoothly. 

The elderly parents are a danger to themselves and others around any technogical devise.  I spend about 3 hours a week fixing TV remote controls, cell phones, tablets, and now computers.  The computers are finally easy with TeamViewer so I am very reluctent to change anything. 

Please help community

    Hi,

    You can update Team Viewer version 12 to 13 remotely without any worries. After the update, TeamViewer will start automatically and will keep your previous settings. I did it and everything went fine :)
