disable two-factor authentication without "16-digit recovery code"

Hello. After I reinstalled my phone the google authenticator app was uninstalled. Now I cannot log into my account to disable "Two factor authentication" as I have no code. And to disable "Two factor authentication" you must enter the "16-digit recovery code".
I enter the last "16-digit recovery code" that I remember, and the system replies to me: "The entered recovery code was invalid. Please try again."

Why haven't you thought about this moment? After all, to get an answer here, you need authorization, but it is not possible to enter, since there is no access to the account. I had to go under a different account to ask a question here.

Help me disable "Two factor authentication".

  • It turns out for a free account, the only way out is to ask that my old account linked to my personal email address be deleted in order to use my email address again?

    Hi @tashkentower

This is currently the only solution we offer for free users, correct.
