my friend is not able to access my monitor there is a error poping up issue unknown can someone help me how can he access my pc?????

    Hi vij12345,

    Are you running your desktop at some really high resolution ?

    Is the *exact* syntax of the error your friend is receiving "issue unknown" ?

    Is your friend able to remote-access other terminals without a problem using his/her instance of TeamViewer ?
