old remote control password

i don't know how but someone used an old password when connecting to my PC how is this possible? (and when i say old password its from yesterday and i just booted my computer up for the day after turning it off the previous night) please give me ideas/opinions

i searched for a possible fix of going to Extra >  Option > Advanced then choosing for the password to be reset after each session...
