"Caps Lock On" falsely reported.

Remoting into one of my two Windows 10 machines I get the "Caps Lock On" notification falsely. When I select Caps Lock on the keyboard, I do get caps but the warning toggles with each keystroke.

This only happens on one machine and has only started today.

Re: "Caps Lock On" falsely reported.

Hello John,

It's reporting the status of Caps Lock on the remote system. Changing Caps Lock on your side has no affect on Caps Lock on the remote system. So that one system you noticed this message on must have Caps Lock On. You can ignore any Caps information on the remote system as it has no affect on your remote input.

Rebooting the target was the solution.
