Account email address change.

My account is [The personal information has been removed as per the community guidelines.].

but email domain change [The personal information has been removed as per the community guidelines.]. and can't use old email anymore.

I need to change account email. but can't login manage console because trust device step.

I need help.

    Hi @Redrain ,

    Thank you for your post.

    In this case, we have to ask you to re-active the previous email address in order to login to your TeamViewer account and change your email address as we do not have any access to change your personal details.

    Otherwise, you need to create a new account with the new email address. 
    But please note that you can't transfer the data to the new account.

    It does not matter which version you purchased. As I mentioned earlier, you need to re-activate your original email address in order to log into the TeamViewer account.

  • I can't re-activate old email. domain is expired. 

    I can't login with my account. so I can't cotact  support team link.
