user management - Insufficient permissions
How do I get this changed so I have permissions, or find out who in the company has the permissions?

i want to take a look on the computer of a client. The message: "your partner uses a more recent version of teamviewer. I must update mine. I did but i get the same message.
Everything was fine until sunday.
