After installing there is no ID

I installed Teamviewer 14 on Windows 10. It started automatically but ID and Password are just a single dash (-). So TeamViewer does not assign ID for this device. What to do? I have internet and access to Teambviewer site.

    Thank you for your message.

    Can you please have a look at your settings?

    You find the respective option under Extras --> Options --> Advanced --> Advanced settings for connections to this computer and have a look at the Access Control. Incoming connections should not be denied - the best would be Full Access :) Confirm everything with OK.

  • Hi,
    Access Control was set to Full control.
    Meanwhile I left TeamViwer started and began to install it on several other computers . It took me about twenty minutes to do that. Then I looked at that first PC without ID and saw that ID has appeared. I think that some network trouble took a place here....Now it is OK and working.
