Alt+click and drag

I have some software that requires I be able to hold down ALT while clicking and dragging the right mouse button.  This isn't translating through Teamviewer, so the software is not responding.

I have enabled Send Key Combinations, but that doesn't fix it.

Any thoughts?  Thanks.
