Am getting no support whatsoever

I would call Teamviewer support appalling, if there was any support to judge.

I have bought and paid for the package but it will not allow me to use it.

I am not allowed to submit a ticket.

The only telephone number I am offered is long-distance (from UK to Germany).

I cannot email support.

(Somewhat ironic, considering Teamviewer is a COMMUNICATIONS Company, that it refuses to allow communication with it),

It truly is hopeless and completely unacceptable.

    I entirely agree.

    I posted an online message to Sales (as I was directed to do) - Online Form submitted to TeamViewer Sales at 1255hrs. on Tuesday 07.04.20 - and although it was acknowledged online as being received I have heard nothing further from them during the ensuing 12 days.

    Appalling service does not do the siuation justice. It is worse than that.
