Another TeamViewer Freeze On Remote PC When Right Click And Open Explorer / File Exporer
I'm using lastest Team Viewer 12 Business license,
There's one laptop on my workplace is having this issue. If i connected from my pc to that particular laptop, every time I right click it will freeze, also when I double click a folder/open a new folder or explorer, it will freeze. I will need to close my connection and wait about 20-30 seconds before I can log in again. I try soon it will give me error "could not be contacted".
The laptop is on my workplace and this issue only on that laptop. Never experience it with others. I connect to it using local IP and also by teamviewer ID, but same thing.
TV support staff said something is blocking, issue with the remote computer, but they cannot point to solve it either. Havent tried TV 13 as I have all my feauture needed available on this version. And also I will need to upgrade my license.
I've tried disabling UDP but still nothing. It is really frustrating.
