Another instance of teamviewer is already running, Help!

Everytime I open Teamviewer I get this message"Another instance of teamviewer is already running. Please close this instance before restarting Teamviewer." please help!

    Hi  jimolie1018,

    Thank you for posting.

    Please make sure to click the "Exit TeamViewer" when you close TeamViewer so that you will not receive the message.

    There are two ways to finish TeamViewer.

    (1) You can click "Connection" on the left top and click "Exit TeamViewer"

    (2) You can also click "Exit TeamViewer"  by making a right-click on the tray icon.

    Hello @Yuri_T

    Greetings of the day!

    I am using RPA automation to connect over team viewer and transfer files from remote PC automatically....Even I follow the process you mentioned of "Exit Team Viewer", I Still get the same error message when I open the Team Viewer through automation. Please help me with this.
