Authentification sometimes refused

I've got a problem with the authification process when connecting to remote machines.

I have over 50 machines in my Teamviewer Business account and I use V14.
Usually I double click, the connection is established and everything works fine.
But sometimes I need several attempts to connect to a machine, because the authentification fails several times in a row. Then a little bit later everything works fine again.
This happens randomly and since the machines are in the same network as my PC I can say that there is no network or internet problem. All machines are linked to my account with easy access enabled.
I had this issue in V12 and V13, too, but since the update to V14 it happens more often and it's quite unnerving.

Is this a known bug or can someone please tell me what I can do to fix this?

    These little bugs occur if your clients are not all up to date.
    Please make sure you TeamViewer clients are all on the latest version.
