Bitdefender Computer Tune-up

I purchased Bitdefender Computer Tune-up for my computer installed it and opened the TeamViewer and click ok but nothing happens it just closes and no one contacts me. I got it so a live person could have access to m computer and fix it.

    Please know that while TeamViewer manufactures the software used by companies to remotely connect and support their customer's devices, we are not affiliated with such companies, nor would we be able to provide any support for said products.

    I recommend reaching out to BitDefender directly, as it appears you purchased a service from them.
