Blackview BV6000 remote control

Hi everyone,
 I'm having trouble configuring a BV6000 for remote control.
I've checked the supported device list and indeed it's not there, any chance to make it work?

    I have the same problem with the BV5800 , but it's working fine with the BV7000

    Did anyone ever solve this. My dad is 87 and struggles with new phones so I am trying to be able to take control remotely but I can't do it with Team viewer on a Blackview 6100. ( it works fine on my galaxy 21 plus.)


    It just says your partner does not accept remote connections.
