Business Account doesn't work

Hi!

I have an business-account about "stifter-helfen.de" as an IT-donation.

If I log in by webbrowser, my account is displayed as a business-account. But when I install the latest desktop version and log in, TeamViewer is only in free-mode.

I'm not able to get a ne license from stifter-helfen.de, because it says, that i allready have this item.

What can I do?

Hi @MonkeyT,

Thank you for your post. Can you please uninstall version 14 and reinstall version 13 again. 
You have the possibility to download the older versions from the following homepage:
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/previous-versions/

If you sign in with you licensed account afterwards, the Business license will be displayed again.
