CANT VERIFY EMAIL

Hi , I've had to make a new account just to post this because my other account I can't verify for whatever reason, constantly saying I need to approve this browser via an email but the email is NOT COMIGN and it's been days. I can't log in, the email is (The personal information has been removed as per the community guidelines.) , PLEASE can I get the account activated and the emails actually sent so I can log in? Habe has this problem multiple times over the years and have had to make multiple accounts , please help
