Can 1 client have 2 different advisers on TeamViewer

Situation: I have TeamViewer Business.

I have an accounting client, in a remote town, whom I would like to support, through TeamViewer sessions. I sent an invitation email to my client, but when she tried to use the included link and install TeamViewer, she received a message saying that another instance of TeamViewer is already runnning on her computer.

It turns out that she has an IT adviser in my city (Darwin Australia) who has already instlalled a TeamViewer link on her computer, to provide general IT support to her organisation.

I too would like to be able to provide TeamViever support - though I have no involvement with the IT company.

Can an organisation have two separate TeamViewer links ?
One for support from their IT service company's support desk
and another for support from their CPA accounting practtice ? (me)

Thank you for posting.

The answer for your case is a Yes. And TeamViewer QuickSupport is recommended to be used  when you would like to initiate a TeamViewer connection. TeamViewer QuickSupport is a Run-Only TeamViewer for accepting incoming connection.

Most likely that your accounting client has installed TeamViewer Host on her device and there would only be one installed TeamViewer version running at the same time. TeamViewer QuickSupport  canstill be running while TeamViewer Host is on on the device.

Kindly create your customised TeamViewer QuickSupport module and send the QuickSupport link to your accounting client by following the steps from TeamViewer module | QuickSupport
