Can't connect from Win10 to Mac

Hi,

I have two computers on PC running under win10 and the other one on Mac OSX El capitan. I use Teamviewer 12

I can easily connect from the Mac to the PC but in the other side (from PC to Mac) it doesn't work, stuck with "Connexion in progress", I see nothing on the mac.
