Can't create support ticket

I can't create a support ticket since I can't login to the support system. There is no link to create a new user and the login I use for the Management Console doesn't work.

Can you assist?

Did you try to login with the same email address you are using for the Community?

I am asking because this email address should work.

Yes. I get "The email and password you entered does not match". When I use the lost password link I never receive an e-mail and is just redirected to https://support.teamviewer.com/login/normal.

Doesn't make it easier either that I see 2 different login screens. If I try to login at the URL above I'm just redirected to https://support.teamviewer.com/en/support/login
