Can't get my android device authorized again (after deleting)

On my Android device...

I was having issues so I deleted Teamviewer host and deleted the assignment in Teamviewer Management Console

Now even though I can re-install teamviewer host and it says "ready to connect" it never re-assigns to the console so I have no means of connecting to the android device.

How can I resolve this ?
