Can't login

I can't login to the TeamViewer application.  When I open the app, it tries for a while then kicks out to the username and password prompt.  I enter those again and it tries for a bit longer, then says "Sign in request failed! The server did not respond."

Firewall ports 80, 443, and 5938 are open.
