I was informed that I am unable to cancel my subscription because I did not do it 28 days prior to renewal. However, the reminder email I received contained no information about a window for cancelation, even though your technician tried to say it did.
Please let me know if I can cancel out of the current subscription and not have to pay the renewal before I take further actions regarding this issue.
Yes, it is impossible to cancel the subscription. I have created a tick to cancel my Business subscription but no response for a week.
I have had no resolution to this issue as of yet. I am hereby canceling my subscription to your product. Please let me know the status of the subscription. I am trying to reduce my company costs for this year and would prefer not to have my current subscription to the product as well.
