Cannot Login to remote access on my account, but a friend is able to from his account
Hello everybody! I am having an issue that I cannot figure out. Myself and a few friends share remote access to a computer. All of my friends are able to gain remote access no problem. However, each time I attempt to login, I get a message saying the computer is offline. The computer has been online each time I try to login. I have tried with multiple different user names on different devices. Can anybody guide me on what could be causing this issue?

When you are trying to access this remote computer, are you double clicking it from your computer and contact lists or typing in the TeamViewer ID into the "Partner ID" box?
