I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security Antivirus installed on my remote computer, and i cannot close its window or do anything to it (antivirus window) when i connect to it.
I don't know if it is related to the antivirus or some configuration that should be made to teamviewer.

Does the remote user have access to the antivirus window? I have not had an issue where TeamViewer is blocked from an application.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, the user has administrative rights on the operating system and all applications of the remote session. And everything works fine and beautiful, except for that antivirus.
I'd like to know now, where the problem resides...
