Ciao Sibsrl,

la soluzione più corretta richiederebbe di contattare Fastweb chiedendo loro di aggiornare la LORO cache degli instradamenti. Dal tuo trace sei finito prima in Germania e poi rientrato in Austria. Da verificare sempre con loro se per sbaglio i nuovi IP non siano finiti in qualche black-list (c'è un precedente in questo senso quando Fastweb ha messo in black-list alcuni IP di Google...)

Nessun disservizio segnalato dai nostri utenti passando da Telecom.

Still having problems here as well.

Andriod app, t-mobile in the states.

I have no problem connecting over wifi, but get the sign in failed if I try to switch over to my 4G connection.

Indeed, much better now on Android 6.0.1 connecting via GSM from Switzerland. I am able to connect more than three times in sequence, with no re-installation.

Congratulations..

Looks as if I would gain back my confidence in a great tool!

i have the same problem,me too. and I restart service ,  and reboot and reset DNS server, and use VPN. But this problem is still existed. I am still having the same problem with the Android app, even after Removing the app and re-installing the app and clearing the app data.

it looks like most of our users can connect to the TeamViewer servers again.

However, some users are still having issues and I wanted to let you know, that we are working on it to get everybody back on track.

If you are still having issues to reach our servers, please try the following steps:

  1. Restart your TeamViewer service
  2. Make a DNS flush
  3. Check whether port 80, 443 or 5938 are open for outgoing connections
  4. Test whether a Telnet connection to one of our server is possible
    1. Do you get a completely blank screen with a blinking cursor? That means, everything is alright
  5. Check whether your FQDN entries on your firewall are up to date
  6. Whitelist *.teamviewer.com in your firewall

same problem here (Italy, the provider is Fastweb). We cannot connect to teamviewer server from Sunday!
We checked everyting you suggest (telnet, open ports, firewall, ecc), and everything is ok, but we still can't connect.
We can't reach any of master(1-16).teamviewer.com servers (185.188.32.1-6).
Both ping and traceroute of ip addresses are not working, so it's not related to dns, but something related to routing, we think.
We saw that you did some datacenter move this weekend, so maybe this issue is related to that...

The problem still there.. nothing is solved and I can't use the service that i paid..
My provider is IT Fastweb, as MicheleSalvini said it's a routing problem

I'm having the same lack of connection problem.  I'm using a Mac (os 10.11.6).

 

Both Teamviewer and Teamviewer QS are failing to connect. Portscan of 5938 looks to be working.  I don't know how to do any of the resets as mention in other posts (i dont use linux or windows!)

Last night (about 12 hours ago) I was able to connect to Teamviewer again (Android App using mobile) but I wanted to wait and make sure I could still connect in the morning before reporting my success.

I tried again today, and am still having the same issue. The Android app still cannot connect to the Teamviewer servers on mobile.

Fastweb offers a service via Facebook and Twitter that allows you to easily communicate with their customer service. I tried to contact them on this channel, but require a customer number and a telephone number to be re-contacted.

I'm not a Fastweb's customer, so do not respond to me still. With other ISPs in Italy, there were no at the time, abnormalities.

I ask you to try to contact them on this channel, informing them of the recent change of IP by TeamViewer and the impossibility of reaching them properly through them.

Facebook -> Fastweb official Page -> Send Message

Try to send something like that:

"Buongiorno,

TeamViewer ha recentemente variato gli indirizzi IP del proprio servizio. Sembrerebbe che per gli utenti Fastweb questo servizio non sia più correttamente raggiungibile. Potreste cortesemente verificare se ci sono problemi di instradamento o di altra natura?

The problems described here have been raised after the infrastructural TeamViewer's switch last weekend, but I also believe that if all the problems were related only to TeamViewer would have been solved before.

I've never seen a propagation of new IP that will last over 48 hours. I think this is a mere technical problem, so as such certainly solvable.

They told me that the problem will be forward to the Technical Department..

So, as suggested earlier, it is essential that each forwards Fastweb user to them a specific request. Probably, but that's just my opinion, with a high number of specific requirements like this, it is possible that Fastweb add a new rule for routing control to these specific TeamViewer addresses.

These are my 50 cents to settle... :-)
