Cannot control Lenovo A6000 with QuickSupport

I have a Lenovo A6000 running Android Nougat 7.1. I have installed QuickSupport and want to control phone from larger computer screen due to being nearly blind from bad eyesight. When connecting, I get a message that my device supports the optional remote control feature, and told to contact support. I did this and was ignored when I replied that I don't have a license. I found the Lenovo AddOn and installed it and reinstalled Quick Support but get the same message. There is no screen mirroring for my device. Support could probably help me, but ignored me instead. I want to use this for personal use and understand that this is free for such a use. So, I'm now looking for support here to see if anyone can help me because Team Viewer support either too proud or arrogant to help a blind man. Thank you in advance.
