A similar posting was created a few months ago, and I am having a similar problem. I recently had to rebuild my computer. When I reloaded TeamViewer 12 and tried to access my existing account, TeamViewer provided a pop-up that I had to acknowledge my new computer as a trusted device. No matter what I do, I never receive the emails. I tried "forgot my password" and other options, but nothing works. I had to create a new account just to post this help request. I have multiple remote computers listed in the original account that I need access into. The other posting did not explain how the problem was resolved. Please help.
