Cant get connected after upgrade

After upgrading to remote access from free version I keep getting this message:
The license could not be activated. If it is not shown on your account, please contact our support
I cannot get connected to any of my computers. I have deleted the Teamviewer Program from my mac and I still cant get access through Google Chrome! Help please!
