Computer showing offline on Windows Login screen

Since I upgraded to Fall Creators Update, I can't remotely access my Windows 10 PC. The computer is showing offline on the login screen, until one of the user logs in (TW service is only started then). After then, it's online, even when users log out.

I have the latest Teamviewer 13 installed. I have checked all remote/login options, easy access is granted, and had this feature working before the Windows update.
