When I signed up for a new account the message said I had to confirm my email address following a link sent to me via email.
I did not receive this email.
When I try to logon to my account, again I get the messsage that a confirmatory email will be sent to my account.
Obviously I can't activate 2FA because I can't logon to my account.
I have checked spam and all spam filters on my account.
This is a free product with no telephone support, so this is my only resource.
