Connecting to computers from management console

While logged into my TV Managment Console,  I try to connect to my saved computers.

TV starts to load the web connect, then sends me to the Remote Control Desktop, where it has the last ID that I connected to.  I then have to enter the ID of the actual computer that I want to connect to.  This is a pain, is there a fix for this?

this is one of the biggest reasons to use TV Management Console.

BTW: I have a TV premium or enterprise accouint, not sure which.

    This is the problem I am having as well. Plus, if I enter the correct ID, then it wants the password.
