Customer experience and Usability of TeamViewer

Hi Community,

Talking about user friendlyness and a better customer experience brings up to different point of views: The ease of use for the supporter and the ease of use for the customer.

With TeamViewer, we are trying to bring those two points together to offer a software, which is user friendly both for the supporter and his customer but still acting on the highest level of quality, power and security.
