Why change what works..
When you rolled out your new look as a beta back in 2018, you stated users would have the option to switch back to the older view, which is actually faster to use with everything being on the same screen. Now you have forced it upon us and once again, we're having to click different parts of the screen to see what we could see before in 1 glance...
Change just for changes sake and adding extra steps isn't always a good idea. Design says it's a good look, User Experience says it's not the best
If you touched it and it stopped working, the first question to ask is "Did anyone see me touch it..."
