Did sign-in server fail to respond to you, too?

Helllo,

since a week or two i cannot connect to my account using my mac on teamview, it was working ok before.

i have the error : 

Sign In request failed! The server did not respond.

Please try again.

 

But i can login on my iPhone and access to my remote computer.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the mac app but the problem is still the same

Did someone have the same problem ?

I am also dealing with this issue. I use TeamViewer on three platforms. Windows seems to be working fine, as does Mac OS. Ubuntu, on the other hand, continues to give me a "Server did not Respond" message.

Steps Taken

  • I have signed out and back in again
  • I have completely uninstalled and then reinstalled

I'm not sure what the next step should be.

Open TeamViewer, at the top Click on 'Extras'...from the drop down menu Click 'Options'...'Most popular options' should be listed at the Top...At the bottom is 'Connection in local network(via IP address); Incoming LAN connections should be 'deactivated'.
