i bought a license last wednesday.
didnt receive a confirmation email with activation link.
called support and they said it was a problem with payment and they will make a new one.
after the new purchase via phone i got the link email.
but then the next day i got another confirmation.
now ill be billed twice.
please fix this for me.

In this case, you can open a ticket and ask for the cancellation of one of the licenses.
