I can't fix this issue when trying to connect to my mom's computer.  No matter which TeamViewer I download to use, I keep getting this message and can only work on her computer for 5 minutes!!!!  I am using the free version and only have 6 family/frends that I help every once in a while.

I need more than 5 minutes to help my friends and family.   Anyone have this problem and solved it?  I have already read the similiar post: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/TeamViewer-11/Connection-Issues/m-p/13090#M1262
