Elapsed in "Offline" status time

Till now, it was displayed in partners pofil the status "Online"/"Offline" (see the screenshot).On top of them in case of "Offline status", I saw the elapsed in offline status time of partner’s computer. Unfortunately, it's disappeared suddenly! How do I re-activate this function?

Any idea?
