Entered wrong email id for activation by university

Dear All,

My university has entered wrong email ID to grant access to university PC to student in lock down period. The university is closed now. and verification link is going to wrong email address. How to access my account . I know username and password but it is asking for device authorization.

    As customer data is being only processed by our customer support, please get in touch with the administrators of the purchased license. They will need to contact our support.
