File Transfer Error Message & Screen Flickering

When I try to disconnect from partner PC I receive the error message "A file transfer is running. Do you really want to cancel?" - I am not running nor have run a file transfer in this session.

I am using TV 12, host machine is TV10.

User also reports that their screen is flickering on and off when i am using remove control, so they can't see what i am doing, however, when they move the mouse, the screen comes back as normal. Once i start control however, it then starts flickering again. It looks OK to me on remote.

Obviously, both issues are really concerning, both from a security point of view and a customer service point of view.
